beautiful room late checkout old photo few staff
The pools were big. They were clean. The room was beautiful and cozy. The staff let us stay till 4pm. We could eat, drink, and use the pool after checkout. That was awesome.
The photos are old. The hotel is not like that in real life.

Excellent Stay
amazing team high energy maintained ground
The entertainment team was great. They were helpful and made sure everyone had fun. The staff, especially in entertainment, kept the energy high and exciting. I found the grounds big, maintained very well, with many sunbeds near the pool.
The room lacked coffee facilities. I could hear seagulls, birds, and cats throughout the night. The noise made it hard to sleep well. The balcony received no direct sunlight and therefore I did not use it.

The buffet was well-stocked and organized. Servers were attentive to our needs. They promptly served wine or other drinks when our glasses were empty and cleared plates quickly after we finished eating.

Our room included a balcony. The shower room was nice and clean. The double doors opened onto the balcony and provided a view of the area.

There are two pools including water slides. One pool is at the back of the hotel. I found that area more peaceful and it also has a pool bar.

Staff members were very friendly. The reception desk team was helpful and courteous. They addressed any issues quickly and professionally.
